Mmm, Spinach Artichoke Dip

This Christmas was my first experience with cooking all by myself (okay, my mom helped a teeny tiny bit). Inspired by Alissa, I made a delicious Spinach Artichoke Dip, modeled after a dish from Houston's, a restaurant I had never heard of or been to. It seemed like a lot of work, but after I scarfed down massive amounts of dip, I decided it was worth it. It is so much easier to cook in a big kitchen like my mom's, but I will probably never cook in my apartment, because I literally have two square feet of counter space. So the deal is, Bob gets me a bigger kitchen, I cook for him. Until then, I will continue microwaving my frozen dinners.
