My New Favorite Party (and/or All-the-Time) Dip

So I tried Jocelyn's delicious tomato-pesto-dip invention last night, and it was amazing. Even though I don't cook (unless microwaving counts), I think I could handle making this. In case you want to have a party in your mouth, here's the recipe:

- 1 rectangular block of low-fat cream cheese (or regular cream cheese, if you like being unhealthy)
- Pesto
- Sundried tomatoes

1. Cut rectangular block of cream cheese in half lengthwise, to make a large, square-shaped cream cheese block.
2. Spread pesto on top of cream cheese to edges.
3. Dice sundried tomatoes and sprinkle them on top.

Ta-dah! Party time. Goes great with pita chips or crackers.
