This Is Why I Don't Ski

Some grumpy old man is suing an 8-year-old for running into him on a ski slope. I'm lucky the little snowboarding child I ran into during one of my skiing experiences didn't decide to sue me. Could I have sued my dad for kicking me in the nose after he fell on top of me? Or the chairlift operator for allowing me to fall off the lift and then get hit in the head by it? Wow, skiing sucks.
