Roundhouse Kick to the Huckabee

I'm not sure who I'm voting for in November, but I know it will not be Mike Huckabee. This video cracks me up, and the Mitt Romney campaign certainly gets some points for creativity. But sorry, Mitt, I probably still won't vote for you.

I Don't Heart Huckabee

I found myself charmed by Mike Huckabee during the Republican YouTube Debates, despite disagreeing with almost everything he says. He is definitely a funny, genial guy who is a great public speaker, probably due to his background as a Southern Baptist minister. However, he is crazy, and it's kind of incredible that he's even being considered as a presidential candidate. Some fun facts I learned from The New York Times Magazine's cover profile of him:

• He is an admirer of Jerry Falwell
• His favorite restaurants in Manhattan are T.G.I. Friday's and Olive Garden
• He wrote his own slogan: "Faith, Family, Freedom"
• He used to be a publicist for the Texas televangelist James Robison
• He wears Tevas

I think those are enough reasons for me to never, ever consider voting for him. Tevas? Please.
